Deborah Greenberg, M.A.
Writing Coach
I have been helping students become stronger writers, thinkers, and learners since 1996. Over the years, I taught first-year writing courses at Stanford University, AP English and 9th–12th grade English (all levels) at Crystal Springs Uplands School in Hillsborough, CA, and 7th grade Language Arts at The Latin School of Chicago.
I also served as a daily and long-term substitute teacher for grades K–8 in Chicago-area public and private schools for seven years, gaining broad experience across all grade levels. Since 2010, I have brought that experience directly to students as a private writing coach.
At The Align Center, my practice is focused entirely on writing—helping students master writing mechanics, build clear thinking habits, and develop their unique academic voice.
